Shit is complicated man. You can't trust how your body responds to food. That's obvious - LOOK AT YOUR CURRENT STATE. Obviously something in the 'feedback loop' is fucked.

but I'm a skinnyfag and sometimes when I go without eating too long I stop being hungry and my appetite goes away completely
then when I have a little snack out of boredom, I'm suddenly hungry again like I should be because I haven't fucking eaten all day
I could see something like that happening to people on a shorter time scale who are secretly hungry all the time because fatty reasons
