Anyway /r9k/ take 20 days of no fap, and go outside, work out be on edge look like you dont care, shower take care of your clothes and brush your teeth get a hair cut and go into the public and start conversations with people no matter how autistic you look, just try travel to a very busy side of your city. so you dont get noticed

Talking to people feels completely alien but you will feel something different honestly take it from me after saying hello to the first and talking and after that conversation is over, you dwell on it for a very long time like "OMG I TALKED TO A PERSON" just like when you mange to utter a hello to a qt cashier, you tend to think about that minor interaction, but when you approach people at random and speak to them, and continue to move onto a new person you start to not ponder or over think anymore
