Work as security in retail

As soon as I see a black person I see if they steal.
Most of the time they do or they try and chicken out. My store is in a white neighborhood so there's no reason for thugs to be over here unless they ran out of stores to loot in the bad area. We've had that happen in our chain stores, they'll go on a spree in one day
