well imagine the kinds of conversations that you have on Omegle regularly. just normal friendly convos with a stranger. Names might be interchanged as well as professions and small personal details which may not seem like much. Now there's nothing wrong with that. It's just friendly innocent conversation. But this is 4chan, specifically r9k, and the other person now knows all these things about you and at any point can gather more on the chance encounter that they come across you again which is very much a possibility.
