There are of course alphas in the alt scenes.

If they're punks they have a big green spiked mohawk, if they're metalheads they have long greasy hair and a beard, if they're goths they have something like long hair with an undercut but no facial hair, etc.

I was part of several alt scenes back in the day, I hooked up with quite a few girls but I wasn't really alpha.
