Percussion is too jittery. Your vocals sound like those of a mentally handicapped man. Your lyrics suck and the samples make no sense in the context of the song. Also

Sounds like a mix of vaporwave with a bit of breakcore-ish qualities. Not a new genre, just a new subgenre which is a mix of other genres.
