Now start taking triptanes for your migraines, or SSRIs, until you realize that a common side effect of both is triggering migraine attacks.

I used to have a lot of migraines. Now barely ever have, even though I sit more infront of my computer. Feels good.
I used to get headaches and migraines constantly during high school, like at least two or three per week. Somehow I managed to not get addicted to painkillers and now I don't get headaches very often. I started drinking water more, stretching occasionally when using my PC, and sitting up straight whenever I can so that probably helped some. Taking a lot of painkillers growing up won't fuck with me in any way in the long term, will it?

same m8, used to get 'em plenty before any sort of substance consumption, god-awful diet, etc etc kicked in
now that i treat my skellington body like absolute trash, i rarely get them at all. funny how that works!

Did you do anything specifically or did they just stop? Also, cluster?
>>38105509
Good on you. I do all those things but I'm still popping pills like crazy, headaches every day and two to three migraine days a week.

Perhaps the lesson here is, spend less time on the computer and go outside.

I thought it was the cluster headache that was named that.

It's TN actually, but it's often falsely diagnosed as migraines (and vice versa) since the ailments are very similar.
I have tension/cluster headaches. I get terrible migraines about 3 or 4 times a week after waking up. Sometimes so bad I can barely move without searing pain.
I really should go to the doctor, but poorfag and don't want to freak out my mom.

I used to get horrible migraines. Eventually two things helped:
* I figured out my food based triggers (coffee, almonds, and pine nuts)
* My doctor put me on massive doses of B2 (400 mg a day)
Eventually they just stopped coming back. When I tried cutting out the B2, I started feeling some of the warning signs again, so I started back on it.
