anyone here who hardly ever gets mad and hates getting made because when they do they feel like they could have a heart attack, not remeber everything they just did and feel out of breath? only happened a couple times in highschool when someone would mess with me a lot
trust me im a pussy who could easily get beat up but the times ive got mad all inhibition goes instantly and i dont like that feeling

i wasnt afraid because one time i hit the guy on the cheek and the other time i threw him into a stack of chairs and kicked him and didnt remember kicking him
i dont talk about it irl because its a chad thing to talk about getting mad and fighting and honestly im scared pf fights a lot but when i get mad its like a pure head rush
