Carbs: Brown rice, quinoa, beans, potatoes.

Vegetables: Broccoli, fresh spinach/green-beans, asparagus, carrots, celery, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers.

Fruit: Banana, Apple, etc, etc.

Your diet can consist of many things with just these. Look for recipes.

My meals generally look like this,

>Breakfast: Quinoa bowl, with eggs, avocado, bell peppers, tomatoes, corn, cilantro. You can make a large mix and prepare them for the week. Just cook the eggs in the morning and put them on top.

Snack: Banana or Apple

Lunch: Chicken wraps, or chicken salad mix with a little balsamic. Or a burrito with some pre-mix that I made for the week (chicken, avocado, lettuce, corn, spinach, white rice, etc).

Dinner: Usually involving steamed vegetables and chicken/tilapia with a baked potato. Also a lot of easy to make vegetable/chicken stews.

If you're craving a snack just eat some carrots. Or just eat a can of tuna.

When I was fat, I used to get hot all the time and I was always sweating like a pig.
Now that I'm not, and haven't been for many years... nothing changed.
I still sweat way more than normal people, I hate summers and I enjoy nothing more than some real, brutal cold.

I get sweat stains on my shirts from walking in the sun for 3 minutes. Again, not fat.

Also, because I was fat during my teenage years, my body adapted to it in a really disgusting way, it made me grow tons of body hair as to protect my fucked up sweaty ass skin from whatever the fuck is between me and the hair.
My back is hairy as fuck. No skinny dudes I know have hairy backs, just me.

Listen to my advice, if you have any nephews or nieces, make sure they eat well and don't put on weight. Tell them there's going to be enough time to do so once they're past puberty. Because this is really fucked up.

I just want to be able to sit for long hours and play videogames or do art, and I realized being a fat fuck will make that difficult as I grow older. Op if your pic related is representative of your body type then you absolutely do not need to consume less than 1400 calories a day to lose one pound a week. 2000 calories is usually what an average sized, inactive man (I'm assuming you're male) has to eat to stay at their current weight however if you are taller or fatter than the average person your baseline is much higher. For example I'm currently on a diet and with my height, weight, and activity level I can consume 3100 calories and maintain my weight (that's quite a bit higher than usual as I have a summer job where I'm required to be very active). If you want to eat more just exercise more, you don't even need to go to a gym, walking on a treadmill or around your neighborhood is the best way to lose calories.
There are calculators online that will help you figure out what your calorie baseline is. If your baseline is actually just 1900 then I doubt you have to lose weight because you're skinnier than the average man.
