I'm kind of in your situation OP, I never really smoked much but I was forced to stop due to a medical issue. I started vaping a bit and I got more addicted to vaping than I ever did to cigarettes. But if I leave my vape at home then I don't care at all, I only seem to care if I actually have my vape on me
