Do any of you not go to the dentist? I dont anymore but i have a tiny brown dot in a crevice of a molar and im not sure if its a cavity or not. i do brush and floss once a day at night

not a cavity but you should brush, then floss, then use a scraper to remove plaque, then use mouthwash/grain alcohol to kill the remaining bacteria

I don't see what you are referring to here, but the stains can be pretty dark down in the crevasse of the molars WITHOUT being a cavity as a result of usually pop, coffee or tea.
You would feel it if a dark spot were probably tooth rot.

It's pretty blurry, but it doesn't look like anything to worry about. You should probably brush twice a day, but whatever works for you.
