What happens here?
Is it literally Hell? I wonder if it's so damn hot there that you literally can't go outside until autumn.

HO LY SHIT
Easily a contender for the least comfy place in the entire world.

DOUBLE DUBS!!
Judging from all that concrete, it's even hotter than the surrounding desert. It's always hotter in cities than suburbs/rural areas surrounding the city because concrete sucks that heat like a fat bitch with dyed black hair and a Jack Skellington tattoo sucking black cock.

They have AC and stay indoors, so it's not really any worse than living in a freezing cold climate for 90% of the time.
Outdoors? Yes, it's hell.

It's baby boomer: the city
Pools are nice as fuck here
I actually really liked arizona when i visited. Sure it was hot as fuck but it didnt bother me too much. I want to go back. Northern arizona was amazing.
One important factor is Arizona is not humid at all. So, despite it being 105F outside, you can just sweat a fuckton and be okay. As long as you stay hydrated you don't die.
It's completely overrun with Mexicans. And for some reason niggers too. I don't know who's shipping then in, maybe they're fleeing California and phoenix is where they run out of bus fare.

Pretty much. I'd rather deal with 100F with no humidity at all than 80F with 100%. Night and day difference. Just drink water and make sure you rest in some shade or cool building for a bit.
