why am i such a fuckup r9k?

>have no friends
>think: maybe if i get a dog then people will like me and i might get some exercise
oh was i wrong
>got a golden lab, named him cory, cute as fuck dog
>walked around campus, people stop to pet him but nothing else
>decide to take him to dog school
>basically they train him to do all sorts of tricks and to obey and shit
>cost a lot, empty my wallet doing so
>walk around campus again
>this time when people pet him i make him do a trick
>i motion a finger gun and he rolls on the floor playing dead
>they laugh
>make him do another trick, they laugh again and tell me they are hosting a house party
>they ask if i want to come
>"s-sure"
>they ask for me to bring the dog as well
>i say sure, maybe i can make friends for once
>get to party, loud and full of chads and staceys
>walk around with dog, people start to pet him so i make him do more tricks
>eventually i find the hosts
>try to talk to them but they basically ignore me
>they keep playing with the dog
>i leave them with the dog and walk off to talk to people
>no one even talks to me
>people whom i attempt to talk to basically shrug me off
>decided to get cory and go home
>they ask for my number
>i give it to them
>a week or so passes and they text me to come to another party
>i say of course
>literally the same thing happens
>i decide to drink, thinking i might have a better personality drunk
>nope
>blackout
>wake up on a couch
>get dog walk home
>they text me again a few weeks later
>tell me i dont have to come but to bring the dog
>i drop off the dog and walk home like the beta i am
>come back the next morning to get dog
>they ask again to bring dog to another party, no mention of me
>mfw i oblige and drop off dog
>this literally happens 7 more times
>mfw my dog makes better friends than me
>mfw my dog cucked me
