Not how much, no. Since people differ in sensitivity levels. It's just when you have your flesh exposed to open air long enough, it dries and toughens up over time, which reduces sensitivity in that area. You can actually observe this by peeling skin somewhere off your body, notice how much more moist and sensitive to touch it is, and noticing how it eventually dries out and becomes less sensitive in a short, but gradual, amount of time.
