A health, solid BMI popular that is also not over 40 million people.

There is more overweight people in California, then the whole population of Canada. Let that sink in. One state and it's population compared to the gold standard of healthcare in Canada.

Free healthcare can exist in the USA, but a lot of people would have to change their way of life and let that filter out over the next 20 years before we can get the ball rolling.
