you have to try something new. something physical, which requires you to go somewhere. skatepark is great (skateboard, bmx, rollerskate, rollerblade, fucking scooter who cares). hiking at the local trailhead, swimming at the local swimming hole. anything physical that gets you to a location will work. all of humanity is so similar you WILL find someone with 'common interests' its in our genetics and our society. This is one of the tricks to being a normalfag. Learning to market yourself. Don't just like what you like or you'll end up with the same bland popular interests as everyone else. Everyone enjoys the passive consumption of media. It goes without saying that's what you spend most of your time on. Find hobbies that make you stand out. It doesn't even need to be something you're very involved or interested in. Spend an hour or two a month cultivating a superficial knowledge and understanding of it and boom. You've got a cool new hobby to show off. Buy a bike and take it for a spin once in a while, now you're a cyclist. Visit a bouldering gym once a month, now you're a rock climber. Learn how to pick a cheap masterlock, now you're a lockpicker. Etc. It doesn't need to be a big investment of time or money or effort since you're only doing it for superficial reasons, just as something to stand out and add a little flavor to your personality profile.

Something else that helps a lot is cultivating a superficial knowledge of popular music, tv, sports, etc. Not as something that you actually care about but as something that lets you hold conversations more easily with normalfags. Even if you're not interested in that stuff it gives you something to talk about and qualifies you more as part of the socially competent in-crowd with the normies.

Yes. That's how you make friends and relationships. Not necessarily by lying, but by presenting the best possible version of yourself. Showing off all your best parts until they like you. Then, once they already like you, you can begin to slowly show the rest, and it's much less off-putting since they already like you and know what's good about you.
