Blacks are finding their own solution. The ghetto is fixing itself, the exception being cities that will always be shit like Detroit and Chicago and New Orleans, where everyone commits crime, regardless of race. The black community is doing the best it's been since the crack epidemic hit. White people like to exaggerate what's going on in black neighborhoods and describe things as if we're living in 1988 but things aren't like that anymore. In the South and the West and the Northeast, blacks are doing great. In the Midwest, not so much.
