Why does society still use the terms "bad with women" or "unable to talk to women" to describe men who have received little to no intimacy from the opposite sex?
Why not just be politically incorrect and describe these men as "too fat" or "too short" or "balding", since physical attractiveness is the only thing that matters?
People certainly aren't shy when pointing out why a woman may fail to receive romantic or sexual attention from with men (morbidly obese, acne that needs covering up, bad body odor), so why do we tiptoe around men's feelings?

"bad with women" usually only applies to a person with confidence issues/ social anxiety that cant really talk to women properly and thus struggles to get a gf or sex because of it. Usually people do just say "too fat" or 'fucking ugly' or something like that if that's the reason. How much time have u spent in the real world, friend?
