I yoyo a lot, I'll end up doing good for like a good 3-4 days, then I'll crash the next day or 2 and end up binging on like vanilla wafers and eating a Bacon King Burger. rinse/repeat
Same with exercise, I just can stay consistent w/ getting bored 7 tired.

I went from 105.6 KG 10 days into my diet to 90.1 Kgs 180 days into my diet.
I started 1st Jan 2017. Today is the 181st day of the year.
I started by mentally preparing by being more concious of what I ate december last year, then putting a 2000 cal limit on my eating this year.
Then around february I started attending a climbing center near my house once every 3 days.
Last time I tried to do this, I went from 125 kg to 87kg, quit my job, and gained until I reached 105kg.

I lost 50 pounds over the winter even though I didn't really need to lose weight, it feels nice being underweight though. The trick is to eat one small meal a day, run at least 3 miles every day, and occasionally not eat at all.
