you should go see a urologist asap, removing a testicle is no big deal (if it happens don't get a prosthetic testicle it's really bad looking and super uncomfortable) but if it's a tumor and it spreads to the rest of your body you will go through hell.
although from what you're describing it might just be an inflated epididymis or something similar which is relatively is no big deal at all (although it has some risks)
