I am a Ronin.
I failed college, not entirely by my fault, but I failed.
I am 23.
I have an high school degree, one year experience in a restaurant and nothing else.
Should I enroll in another study course or just go to work?

i don't know what the importance of you being called ronin is (maybe you're parodying an anime?) but im in the same position. i dont wanna leave college at 27

In modern Japan a ronin is a boy who failed college entrance exam, or just college. It's used for the meaning of "lost man". It's not important, it's just the term, I thought this could at least make it look "cool" in some way.

Try another study course. Maybe get a certificate to major in English and travel to a western state to teach Japanese? Conversely, what is it that you want? What is it you desire?

I dropped out of theoretical CS and got into medicine at 23. Working minimum wage isn't fun. You can do it my anon.

And what are you doing now?
I keep meeting people younger than me who are better than me at everything. I don't know if another study course would be fine..

I just want a chill life, I'm a boring person. By chill life it doesn't mean i don't want to work or anything, just means that I want the same routine every day. If the routine is to work from 7 to 23, let be it.

Join the SDF or go to the country side and be a farmer. You'll do the same things every day, learn skills, and get paid well. Not much thinking will be required.

I'm 24 nowl. There will always be people better than you, but there will be worse as well.
Right now I'm still in school, but it's quite easy compared to math heavy portions of CS, so I'm taking it easy and when I'm not attending lectures or revising I'm watching anime, playing games and trying to learn how to draw. It's pretty chill life.

Will you fail college again?
