My biological clock meme doesn't acknowledge the day/night cycle because I'm inside. I woke up at 9pm tonight, and it's almost 2am now.

When I have a fun time in my life, like a new "gf" or a new video game to play, I sleep 8 hours a day and have a perfect day/night cycle.

I do both and never in between. Either I sleep all day and do nothing or I stay up for 36 hours while feeling perfectly fine.

yeah I think a lot of people are like that, and it makes sense, because when you have an 8 hour commitment during the day then sleep isn't a priority, but if you don't have one then you can sleep for however long you want

so I would say around half of robots have some commitment be it school or work

I used to get insomnia a lot, but then I discovered the cause.

As long as I keep the hours of TV I watch in single figures, I usually sleep between 6 and 8 hours.

A split of both, but mostly the latter.
Mostly depends on if I take wellbutrin, trazodone, and/or seroquel that day and at the appropriate times. And sometimes I'll be exhausted enough to take a borderline psychedelic dose of benadryl or one of my antipsychotics then sleep for 10-20 hours to get rid of that sleep deficit.

Physical needs aside, if it were up to me I'd never sleep unless I had a nice BF/GF to cuddle with.

7-10 hours, any more and I'm tired, any less and I'm that barely any sleep type of hyperactive tired.
