Honestly there's no reason I need to have a functional penis other than for urinating. But I think scheduling an orchiectomy would be pretty embarrassing, that's the only thing holding me back. I'm also not sure if it would be covered under my insurance.

Castration actually does not entirely remove your sex drive if done after puberty, so, no, it wouldn't work. It would probably reduce it considerably, but still.

I know this because I tried to get it done when I was younger since I had a really, really strong one but also am incredibly awkward and ugly.
