been there i started talking to some peopl online and got really attached then i cut contact with them to force me to feel sad.

Depression is a lot like falling 3,000 ft to your death. There's the initial slip, then the actual act of falling, which is dramatic and can either be pleasant or unpleasant. The falling is the stage where you cry a lot and still have intense emotions. But then, there's a point where you'll hit the floor. After that, nothing. You're dead. It's just...nothingness.
