Why the fuck do you want to live by the ocean? Literally what benefit can that have?
So you see the ocean when you wake up - what next? Do you want to swim in it every day? Piss in it? Admire the way the waves crash into the sand?
It's overrated as fuck, I used to live in San Diego by the ocean and I got sick of that shit real quick. Beaches are not exciting places to go.

If you are in NJ there are plenty of dumpy methhead towns on the way to the shore that might be more suitable. I think Atlantic County itself might be expensive as far as bills/taxes go though so idk.
