Was in a similar situation a year ago. All I can say is just to man up and stop being a pussy or quit.

You can tell HR but they won't do shit. If you have a boss who is at same level as bitch talk to them. You can talk back and not be fired. Just don't be rude.

I'd think about how miserable your boss must be and take solace in that. The man's life revolves around coming to work and being angry and upset. You can't change that no matter how well you work. Be smug in knowing that he is unsatisfied and that this pains him enough to try and spread his misery.
