Psychiatric complications are rare with these types of drugs, except during withdrawal if you get addicted. Stay away from ketamine and its quasi legal analogues, they are known as tranquilizers but its a misnomer, they are hallucinogens and will cause you to go psychotic fast.
Stimulants are not good, they cause sleep deprivation that will sure as shit make you hallucinate. Amphetamine psychosis is well-documented, but it also happens with cocaine and Ritalin type stimulants
Cannabis is a no-go unless you can find a reputable indica strain (very low in THC, high in Cannabidiol) THC is a hallucinogen, so are a few other cannabinoids but CBD has antipsychotic properties
