Use any kind of high class software there is, like Ableton or Adobe Audition. This is for the non-lyrical part. Watch youtube tutorials on how to use them, like make beats etc. Btw they are costly i think.

Honestly, just download FL studio and get Nexus(vst plug in that has a lot of synths used in rap). A lot of rappers still use 808 drums so find that
FL studio is pretty good and easy to learn
