I asked the doctor about this and he said mental and physical disabilities are treated differently. I didn't even know you could get disability for mental health reasons unless you were flat out 100% mentally retarded.
The reason is because physical disabilities can (in general) be healed over-time, where as deep-rooted psychological disorders are life-time.
