I have the same problem just go out and take a walk everyday especially when the sun is out it really helps add to that a minimized exposition to the internet (especially 4chan and social media and porn) wich reduces motivation in the long term because of instant gratification this helped me get me over this problem after about a month but since i am just a lazy fuck i gave up

Try shrooms or ketamine. Both have clinical evidence for depression treatment and you don't have to take them often or deal with a bunch of side effects. Although if you have schizo tendencies I'd stay away from psychs like shrooms. And do your research please. Shrooms can be scary and ket can be harmful if you don't take it in moderation.
Find a hobby. I was going to an hero but I got roped into a sailing team, and now I'm not suicidal anymore. Find something that you have interest in and keep yourself busy
