Why the fuck aren't you studying to be a lawyer? You can fuck peoples lives up legitimately without repercussion if you use the law. You can defend yourself from other people attacking you legally. You can take cases pro bono and fight injustice and be an IRL superhero. There is no more powerful profession in our society unless you are a business-owner or politician.

Because being a lawyer takes a lot of education, and after that it's pretty fucking boring. Sure you get paid a lot of money if you make it big as a lawyer, but most of a lawyer's job is knowing the intricacies of law and going through the guts of legal documents.
It's not fun. The reason it pays so well is because of the amount of education required and because not many people want to do the job.
