On my 21st I was just getting off a night shift so I couldn't celebrate until I got off at 7 a.m. but Here's what I did.

I bought and grilled a big ass ham steak, served with some hash browns and a 6 pack of beer. Ate and drank it and passed out from exhaustion soon after. To this day it's still one of the best things I've done for myself on a birthday

I'll be 21 soon and I've got wasted on my last three birthdays.
Last one was pretty bizarre. I bought 20 beers but could only handle 13. I'll buy 21 this year and see where that takes me.

I understand. I'm usually a pretty happy guy. But I'm not taking college classes, so I don't see people much anymore. I'm watching everyone I knew in high school get older and move away, and I hate it. Each birthday is a reminder that I'm probably not good enough for the one girl I love, and that I live a boring, lonesome life. Today I'll get people posting on my Facebook page, and that will feel good. I really need to make some progress in my life though.

I have a decent part time job, but I need to start saving money. I think I'm going to go to Amazon right now and cancel a pre-order of a video game. I have a huge backlog anyway. There's more important things I could spend money on.

26 been drinking since I was 18 it's starting to catch up to me health wise , don't over do it. I turned into the worst version of my self many many many times which resulted in me humiliating myself time after time, those nights tortured me for years I lost sleep, got bombarded with painful intrusive memories and flashbacks on a regular basis. Alcohol is the shittest drug its not even close to being in the top 10 drug list never forget it is a drug.
