You're washing it too much and incorrectly. I assume you are uncut? The foreskin gets dry easily especially if you use soap. Combination of dry foreskin flakes with other fluids coming out of your dick makes a perfect place for bacteria to thrive. Use lotion or some kind of moisturizing oil occasionally, I recommend coconut oil as it has antibacterial property. Either do that after shower or use them as lube during your fap session or something. Just avoid a dry forehead.
