Why are you doing it? Is there really no way out? I am 25 and haven't been particularly successful in life and still have trouble with it on a monthly basis

I have schizophrenia, so that doesn't make it easy

But I still try because I'm not straight outta options

You'll have to be lucky to get the right anti-depressants. With me they made me worse but that could also be because I don't have schizophrenia but bipolar disorder instead (they think).

What really helped elevate my mood was changing my diet to include more fiber and remove shitty junkfood from it. I still get down from time to time but I have never felt as shit as how I used to feel.
