Currently in the process of harvesting some squash, yams and wheat. All done on my own with no help from my useless son.

Have you thought about growing anything unusual? Like ramps (wild garlic) for example, or fiddleheads, or huitlacoche (fungus infected corn)

I had a family friend growing up that made a ton of money growing something weird, but I don't remember what it was.

I am taking an agriculture class
