Experiencing the effects, both the immediate ones and the long term, and stating how it affects their lifestyle and living. Everything else you hear about it both positive and negative is applicable but there are too many variables to say for sure if it would impact yourself and your life negatively or positively. And I never hear about people putting out positive outlooks with having never having put themselves on the spot. don't get em wrong, it is very negative with the guise of positive in its changes to a lot of people, but for some the improvements to cognition and outlook are noticeable and drastic, and it's very sad to think people could miss out on those experiences because someone told them someone else didn't enjoy it or benefit from it.
