Damn that sucks my dude, i also had to wake up at 7 am during university last semester with 3 hours of sleep. I have tried everything i really dont understand what to do, taking sleeping drugs seems like a bad idea though.

You just have to stay awake for 24 hr to reset your cycle. I used to sleep in from 5 am to 1 pm. I stayed up from 1 pm to 6 pm the next day. Now I sleep at 7-8 pm and wake up around 2-3 am.

Try polyphasic sleep. It'll be hell but its such a different method of sleeping you'll probably reset yourself completely.
