repeat daily.

I usually just read or grab myself something to eat if I have the time. Or go walk around a bit while having a cig or two.

I tend to watch youtube but I'm starting college soon so I would do college then also I kind of tend to think that when you play video games kind of it shows down the process of thinking I don't like to play video games before work unless it before 6 hour mark It cones with deterioration effacts

Most people don't have time for anything other than what you mentioned in they have a 9-5 job.

I'm a college student and I wake up at 5am so I can have the time to go to the gym and lift weights.

Close enough to me, except I wake up 30 minutes before work just so I can squeez a shower in.

I usually come in about 30 minutes early and read up on any inservices, check emails, and jot down a quick agenda for the day. It may take some time at first but they understand that, which is why you are given training and 90 days probation. After that it almost becomes automatic. The hardest part to learn is how to leave a little wiggle room for when something fucks up and throws off your flow. The cogs must keep spinning, so damage control is the name of the game. Assess, prioritize, bandaid the problem, then continue moving forward and fix the next day if possible. Bringing work home with you or playing catchup in the morning is bad. It wears you out faster and your productivity is lower compared to someone who is better with planning.
