I hate when people try to force a conversation when none of you have nothing to say. How do people sit for hours and hours listening to each other breathe in voicechat? Nigger I'd rather listen to music, or the sound of a game or hell do anything else.

This is basically what made me realize that I not only am unable of making new friends, but I don't want any at all. Initiating conversation is fucking hard and pretending to care or give meaningful responses when they vent to you is a massive chore. Cutting off all internet friends I already had and going full /schizoidpd/ was the best decision I've made in my life and I don't see why other robots don't do the same more often

Totally common thing that a lot of people on this board see as some sort of "I must be retarded, better an hero" thing.

Think of it as stage-fright on a smaller scale and realize it's a minor thing. Let yourself relax and talk about what you think, whatever you think, filtering only insane stuff.

By "insane stuff" I mean "I love big japanese titties" in most situations, anime discussion around normans, talk of inane things around you, etc.

"Hey there's a bird over there" is inane as fuck. "Holy shit that bird is mauling a child" is not.

When in doubt, remember the golden rule: "it is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt"

I also talk alot about mental health shit with my one best friend but that's just him & I've known him for 6+ years so I don't think that'd be something to bring up in casual conversation.
