Cold water showers are good for you, anon. The human body has more cold temperature receptors than warm ones.
A cold shower a day is even known to help lower symptoms of depression after awhile.

It was deliberate.

But also apparently:
>cold shower increases testosterone
>more testosterone leads to more estrogen
>something related to body fat and the bad testosterone which causes hair loss
I don't want to worsen my hair loss. Apparently also the cold will improve the circulation which might help my hair get more nutrients, but the cold causes vasoconstriction so it should be the opposite effect. I also heard that the cold will make the hair more "robust" and close the "pores".
I don't even know what to do any more, I should stop showering at all.

using warm water is disastrous for your skin and hair especially. if you don't take cold showers you are low-IQ.
>tfw you finally start to lose your shock-reaction to the cold water as if your body knows what's coming

>more testosterone leads to more estrogen
The body only starts converted excess testosterone into estrogen, so this only happens if you have abnormally high testosterone concentration in your body. (this is why bodybuilders who roid sometimes develop bitch tits)
It's beneficial for the average man to get a little boost of testosterone.

Wew lad, I might actually go through with it. I'm gonna start taking these showers and see if it helps with hair thinning.
