Not OP, but a second question relating to this, if the pills aren't a meme, does the tea do the same thing? I love me some tea and I've never tried chamomile before.

Fish oil. I take at least 4,000 IU daily.
Magnesium for improved sleep. L-theanine, like 37888629 stated should help too. Could be nice as an energizer if coupled with caffeine, creating an effective, basic nootropic stack.
