Inhave ADHD and take 36miligrams of concerta. (idk the english name)
Sometimes I wonder if I actually took my pill in the morning. Its bad when I have a test and didnt take any. I will find out sooner or later because of hunger (my pills stop hunger).
Be safe and don't take the pill if younthink you might take a second one by mistake. Just go by your day without a pill in stat case

Yeah the drug I take is also called concerta. Pretty good stuff. I'm sure now that I took the right amount. My dosage is 27mg, so even if I had accidentally took the pill twice it wouldn't be super serious. Still, I better be more careful from now on. Maybe put the pill ready before I go to bed so that it's the first thing I take when I wake up.

i used to get ADHD medication (quite big doses) when i was 11 until i stopped taking them when i was 17-18 and im pretty much a sloth now compared to back then
