Physical ailment thread. Get that emotional and mental bullshit

I hurt my lower back trying to do deadlifts. It's been years now and it hasn't gone away. I haven't been able to do squats or deadlifts since.

Hidradenitis suppurativa that is on my groin, the creases between thigh and groin on each side, and my ass. It's not as bad as what you'll see on google images but still makes life rough. I never get a break from it. As soon as one starts to heal another pops up. My parents pushed me to apply for neetbux years ago and I did try it just to get them to leave me alone but they denied me. I never contested it. Also I'd feel ashamed of myself if I were to get on neetbux.

its been over 6 months since I broke my ankle and 5 months since I had surgery on it. I still have a screw in it and it's been causing me nonstop pain and discomfort. even today if I rest on it wrong, it hurts like hell. physical therapy helped but never made it go completely away.

I need to call my doc to see if I can get this screw removed early, or at least find out how long I'll have to deal with this. but I'm too anxious and stupid to call so I always put it off till tomorrow
