Assuming it's not that long I'd think you would just need a fan at the end of it. Without that the fans in your computer aren't going to generate enough force to get it down the tube, which would just result in your computer overheating.

Just get a cheap fish tank from the pet store. You can fill it with a little water and set your tower down in it to keep it cool.
