How do you stay full by eating healthy?
I'm cutting meat out of my diet and it's hard staying full. I'll eat some kimchi, vegetable curry, fruits, vegetable soup, salad, roasted vegetables, granola, and whatever vegetarian dishes I'm learning from Asian friends, but I cannot stay full for longer than 1-2 hours by just eating vegetables. I hate the feeling of starving whenever I try to go sleep and having to get up at midnight to find some carrots to munch on.

Eat whole grains and lean meats like chicken or fish. Don't fall for the anti-carb anti-meat meme.

Well, go ahead and eat as much meat as you want, but there is something to be said about skipping carbs. My brother stopped eating carbs and he lost around 30 pounds within a few months.

This. Eat real bread. Just because white bread and hot dog buns are bad for you doesn't mean you should cut carbs out of your diet.
