Im fucking bored of having no social life. I want to be social, have friends, find a gf etc.. but i have no idea how. How can you make friends without already having friends. If you have no friends, is there a way out

Idk I google that question a week or two ago. Read some self help stuff. Basically I gather is you just insert yourself into social situations slowly and consistently and only ramping up the stakes when you get comfortable at the level you're at.
