Has anyone else here been ravaged by stress? I feel like an old dog. My body aches all over my mood is constantly depressed. Small amounts of exercise sap me of all my energy I get wicked migraines all the time. When I sleep I wake up feeling even more tired than when I went to bed.

how do you guys cope with this shit its fucking killing me.

Can relate to sleep part it just gets easier by spending more time in bed on your phone until you have to get out of bed to charge it again
