Whenever I see or participate in a thread where OP talks about his problems, somebody always says "start lifting"
How the fuck does lifting something achieve a state of satisfaction or make your problems go away?!
I've been told this, and there are no solutions for my problems, so I'll try it once the summer ends since I have plans, but I really have no idea how the fuck it works.
I tried doing my daily workout whenever I got angry, since I do it tough before bed, but all it did was make me angrier.
