Normally these videos are like Vietnamese human battery clickfarms who pay fractions of pennies for their people to go and comment etc on the videos that they upload themselves, then use the ad revenue from the subsequent trending views to make money.

In this case though, I traced it back to a legitimate company in Helsinki, so i dunno.
