What drugs can I take if I have bipolar? Alcohol used to be fine but now just makes me angry and sad, somehow at the same time, weed makes me disassociated and paranoid, and codeine used to work but now it just makes me really nauseated. I wanted to try DMT next, anything else I can try that could work?

DONT take a pill thinking its MDMA though, there is a big difference between ecstasy and MDMA. MD also cant be taken too frequently

a psychiatrist will gladly prescribe them. You've been diagnosed right? If not, then just tell the psychiatrist the symptoms you feel. (keywords: rapid change in emotion, unreasoned emotional change, first part of the day happy, depressed so much after, suicidal thoughts), back it up with some of your problems that follow with the symptoms (e.g. my friends are leaving me, my family distanced, i hate me, etc.) Hopefully, the psychiatrist will get where this is pointing at, and would prescribe you antipsychotics.

No I've heard they're a bit useless so I haven't seen one but I'll go see one if that's what I need for lithium
